HOW TO GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR VIRTUAL EVENT EXPERIENCE

Here is a brief overview of how this virtual environment works:

CHANGE PASSWORD

SCHEDULE
The schedule provides the list of sessions for the webinars on July 19 and July 28. This location will also be the place where you can go back and view recorded content on demand.

To watch during the live sessions, click on the Watch Live button toward the top of the Home Page and on the top right of the Schedule. This will launch the video player.

Once the video player has launched, as long as there is a session running, you can watch the session live. You will see that you have several controls at the bottom of your player window:

Full screen button – Makes the player full screen.
Swap screen button – Allows you to switch which screen displays in the large window and the smaller window.
Chat – Please type your questions or comments here.
Question Mark button – Launches help page pop-up window.

FACULTY
This area provides access to more information about the session speakers by simply clicking on the speaker’s image to learn more about them.

PODCAST
Click on Podcast to learn more about the podcasts.

ABOUT US

EVALUATION
